Combat has been an essential part of our history. From the many tribal conflicts, to the countless wars, to even tournaments throughout history, the world has dealt with some form of combat. It is in our nature to fight for what is ours, and for what we believe in. However, combat does not always have to be a declaration of rivalry. It also functions as a means of strengthening the bonds of students and their instructors. We believe in reigniting that primal instinct in controlled environments, as a means of introducing discipline and consistency in training. Of course, you need a good set of gear to begin, regardless of the martial art you intend to take part in. Here at The Spark, We provide a few basics you'll need to get started and remain consistent with your Martial arts training sessions, while proving your preparedness, and willingness to learn, to your instructor. 

There are many reasons to join a combat class or club; You might strive to compete with others; you might learn for the sake of self-defense; you may even add it to your fitness regimen.
